Shipping Policy (Elite Luxe Activewear)

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During launches, restocks, or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time begins after your order has shipped.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak-season volume, or address issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address:

  • You may be responsible for the reshipment fee
  • If you prefer not to reship, we can issue a refund minus the original shipping cost (if applicable)

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss. If your package is missing:

  • Check with household members/neighbors
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  • Email us and we’ll assist with the claim process if needed

We recommend using a secure delivery location.

Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Packages

If the carrier returns your order to us as undeliverable:

  • We can reship it after you confirm the correct address (reshipment fees may apply), or
  • We can refund the order minus shipping costs (if applicable)

Damaged Packages / Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged:

  • Email eliteluxeactivewear@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

We will evaluate the issue and work with you on a replacement or resolution as appropriate.

Preorders / Backorder Items (If Applicable)

If an item is listed as preorder or backorder, the product page will note the estimated ship window. If your order contains both in-stock and preorder/backorder items, we may ship everything together unless otherwise stated.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

If we offer international shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by their country.
  • Delivery time may vary due to customs processing.
