Refund & Returns Policy (Elite Luxe Activewear)

Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Free from deodorant marks, makeup stains, odors, pet hair/lint buildup, or any signs of wear

Requests made after 5 days of delivery are not eligible.


Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

Eligible returns are accepted for exchange or store credit.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case.

If approved, any refund is issued to the original payment method.


Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Sale / clearance items
  • Gift cards

Returns We Cannot Accept

We cannot accept returns for items that are:

  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Missing tags or original packaging
  • Returned with deodorant marks, makeup stains, odors, pet hair/lint buildup
  • Returned outside the 5-day return window

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email eliteluxeactivewear@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for return
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Do not send items back without approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • We sent the wrong item, or
  • The item arrived defective/damaged

If we made an error or your item arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email eliteluxeactivewear@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue and packaging (including label if possible)

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

  • If approved for store credit/exchange, we’ll provide next steps.
  • If a refund is approved, allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval (your bank may take additional time to post).

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, email us immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
